FULL SCREEN EMBED
This method is easy to do and is quite natural for most people who surf the web to work with. The viewer embed code we sent you when you signed up enables full screen mode by default.

1. The important parts of the embed code to make the full screen button work are highlighted below. This code has the client number blurred out because each client has a different number.

2. You can get your specific embed code by referring to the ViewMedica welcome email we sent you when you started your account or by contacting us.

Troubleshooting
The full screen mode requires specific settings to be made before it will work. Sometimes those setting conflict with other things on your page. Here are some known issues.

ISSUE: My site had drop down menus that are hidden by the ViewMedica viewer.
ANSWER: To make drop down menus appear in front of a Flash element, you have to have the Flash embed code set the "wmode" to "transparent." Unfortunately, full screen mode will not work if "wmode" is set to transparent in some versions of the Flash Player plugin. So, if you need to set wmode in your embed code, please set ViewMedica's "fsmode' to fsmode=off.
