Make Live Changes to a Playlist on Fire TV App

Sometimes you may need to update a slide or change playlist content while your playlist is still running on your waiting room TV. After making the playlist changes in your ViewMedica.com administration area, your active playlist will automatically update the next time the loop starts over.

To force an immediate update to your playlist, do the steps below.

From the Playlist Selection Screen

1) Press Up on your remote to reveal the settings panel.

2) By default, the 'Refresh All Playlists' option should be selected. Press the remote's 'Select' button. A blue notification will appear saying that your playlists have started refreshing.

3) Another notification will slide in from the right once your playlists have been updated. All of your content should now match the changes you made in your ViewMedica.com account.

From a Single Playlist Screen

1) Press Down on your remote until the 'Refresh Playlist' option is selected. This option will refresh all playlists in your account, but it is listed here for convenience.

2) Press the remote's 'Select' button. A blue notification will appear saying that your playlists have started refreshing.

3) Another notification will slide in from the right once your playlists have been updated. All of your content should now match the changes you made in your ViewMedica.com account.
