Company Culture

Swarm Interactive has a staff of eight full-time employees (video producers, programmers and Web specialists). We are all about information and storytelling with a decidedly visual edge. And we always seek new technologies to improve our craft. The result is a vibrant company with a focus on delivering complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.

The company culture follows Swarm's respect for our work and our family lives. Just because we take our work seriously, we don't have to be serious all day long. Our company lounge is a great space to host a video game tournament or chill in front of the TV. We located our office in Chapel Hill so we can take advantage of all the great restaurants and cultural experiences this town offers.

Our annual company retreat gives Swarm employees and their families a long weekend away from work. We've enjoyed ourselves at an Oak Island beach house, a Lake Gaston lake house and in cabins at Carowinds amusement park.

Our office is in beautiful Chapel Hill North Carolina. Close to the UNC campus, we are within walking distance of restaurants, theaters, shopping and more.
